  Special Grand Rounds
The UAMS Department of Psychiatry invites all UAMS faculty and staff to attend a very special grand rounds presentation. Herbert Meltzer, M.D., an internationally known expert in pharmacology, will will speaking on "Advances in Treating Psychopathology and Cognitive Impairment in Schizophrenia and Bipolar Disorder." Dr. Meltzer is a professor in Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, Pharmacology and Physiology at Northwestern University in Evanston, Ill. He has over 900 peer-reviewed publications and has been a pioneering influence in the field of psychopharmacology. The presentation will be held in the College of Public Health's Room 8240.
